Synthesizer of sinusoidal signal on impulsive IC

The synthesizers of sinusoidal signal, as a rule, are built on PLL, permanent memory, or programmable logical gates. The change of frequency or phases is hard. The impulsive generators had enough wide range changes of frequency. Fig.1 - the circuit of synthesizer of sinusoidal signal with the amplitude Uout(t) is represented. We used an impulsive generator with input frequency 10*Fin.

Fig. 1. Synthesizer of sinusoidal signal.

On the IC U1, U2 – 133ÈÅ6 (155ÈÅ6) the divizor on 10 of input frequency is collected; U3, U4, U5 – a 133ÈÐ1 (155ÈÐ1) shift register; U6 – scale amplifier with displacement of zero and filter of lower frequencies. For reduction of nonlinear distortions gravimetric coefficients of the resistors R1..R10 it is desirable to choose from an 1-percent row. The period of output signal is parted on 10 parts T/10, which are proportional to the coefficient of division of meters and bit of register.

To change the phase of output signal of synthesizer it is enough to redistribute gravimetric resistors. In this circuit a change on one step corresponds to the change of phase on 1/10. Maximal frequency of synthesizer of sinusoidal signal relies on the fast-acting of impulsive IC.
