Often in the electrical engineering devices the no polarity capacitors of large capacity are used. Common no polarity capacitors are enough large. Switch on of electrolytic capacitors like on a picture enables to attain a necessary result. A current passes through the diode D1 to the capacitor plate C2 (+) from the positive semi wave
, and in opposite direction a current passes through the diode D2 to the capacitor plate C1 (+) from the negative semi wave
. A capacity (at such switching on) will be: C = C1 = C2. Capacitors must be chosen on nominal voltage, and diodes on a maximal current.
Polarity of capacitors can be changed through changing polarity of diodes.
