The circuit of digital tape recorder is built on the microcircuit DD1 ISD1420. A data are saving in ROM even the power supply is turned off. A volume of ROM relies on the type of the microcircuit DD1 – two last numbers of type indicate the proper volume in seconds. Consumption current of microcircuit is 20 mA. Loud speaker ВА1 turns on by the button SA1. The necessary level of output voltage is set by the help of potentiometer R7.
Description of digital tape recorder:
SB1 button – reproduction from ROM (at withholding of the button). If the button is switch off, reproduction will stop and the device returns in initial state.
SB2 button - reproduction from ROM (complete reproduction of the program from short-term pressure of the button).
SB3 button – record in ROM (at withholding of the button). The light-emitting diode VD1 burns. If the button is switch off the device returns in initial state.
